We’re searching for an energetic, commercially savvy Sales Manager to lead our Brisbane based sales team. This role is all about building strong customer partnerships, unlocking new business opportunities, coaching a hungry sales team, and shaping commercial strategy across the two states.

Your Duties

• Lead and inspire a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
• Build powerful relationships with major FMCG customers and design houses.
• Execute smart sales strategies that directly impact national brand success.
• Drive expansion with existing accounts and win new business across QLD + Northern NSW.
• Be the commercial heartbeat of the sales team - coaching, developing, motivating.
• Present pricing, product innovation, customer pitches and growth strategies.
• Partner closely with technical, finance and operations teams to deliver excellence.
• Bring Kaizen thinking to life by encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
• Represent MCC with professionalism, energy and passion in every interaction.
• Enjoy regular travel that gets you in front of customers and teams.

About You

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader within packaging, labels, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Exceptional customer management - credible, influential, and composed under pressure.
• Strong commercial acumen, including costing, quoting, and product knowledge.
• Skilled at developing high-performance teams and inspiring people to excel.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for turning data and insights into action.
• Confident negotiator who makes sound, well-reasoned decisions.
• Outstanding communicator and listener who builds trust quickly.
• Comfortable with technology, including MS Office (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
