Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project's scope, schedule, and resources needed
- Manage the project team, assign tasks and responsibilities, provide guidance and feedback, and resolve conflicts and issues
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with each project, implementing strategies to minimize potential impacts
- Liaise and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any changes that may occur
- Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or computer science, or a relevant field
- Project Management certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Stakeholers' management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
