About this role
Support the IR function through data collection, financial analysis, competitive research, and reporting to ensure the accuracy and clarity of internal and external investor communications by preparing high-quality inputs and maintaining reliable data sources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing investor communication materials to support the IR team in developing clear and informative disclosures, presentations, and reports.
- Support quarterly earnings release process by analyzing financial statements to provide accurate summaries and insights that form the foundation of earnings communication.
- Update and maintain the subsidiary performance dashboard (Outstanding Portfolio) to ensure accurate tracking of business unit performance for stakeholder reporting.
- Monitor and summarize market, industry, and competitor news to inform the team of developments that may influence investor messaging and sentiment.
- Track and record all disclosures related to Beltone shares to assist in ensuring full transparency and alignment with EGX regulations.
- Contribute content updates for the Beltone official website to keep published investor information accurate and up-to-date under the Associate’s direction.
- Analyze internal data and compile external insights for use in disclosures to strengthen the credibility of communications by ensuring analysis is supported by solid data.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations every quarter to visualize financial and strategic information clearly and accurately.
- Ensure basic understanding and application of Listing and Disclosure Rules to support all required disclosures and build regulatory awareness in support of the IR team.
- Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Company guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or a relevant discipline
- 0-2 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, or Capital Markets.
- Local and international experience in investment and finance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret financial data
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Listing & Disclosure Rules is a plus
- Familiarity with EGX/FRA regulations is a plus
