We’re tackling a foundational problem in enterprise GTM: helping companies know which customers to prioritize, why, and what to do next.
Our platform combines LLMs with structured customer data to automate account scoring, cohort segmentation, and expansion playbooks, eliminating the manual regression work RevOps teams struggle to maintain. We turn raw telemetry into actionable revenue insights for every customer-facing team. In the long run, we aim to multiply the output of every customer-facing team, transforming how businesses scale revenue from the ground up.
Long Term: Sylvan Labs believes it is building in one of the largest untapped markets in enterprise software: post-sales execution and revenue expansion. While most of the SaaS industry has focused on top-of-funnel acquisition, the real margin and long-term value lie in how companies retain, grow, and operationalize revenue after the sale. Despite this, the post-sales function remains fragmented, reactive, and unsupported by purpose-built systems of intelligence.
Our goal is to become the category-defining platform for post-sales enablement. We are pursuing speed-to-market through creative GTM strategies: distribution through private equity portfolios, replication of agency-led models like Clay, and potential rollups of RevOps consultancies to integrate services and software into a unified post-sales stack.
We intend to build a billion-dollar business with a lean, elite team, scaling revenue through product and GTM leverage, not headcount or bloated fundraising. We aim to own both the software layer and the playbook for how companies operationalize revenue after the sale.
