They are responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing site resources, and overseeing the testing and commissioning of all MEP installations.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with over 12 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interiors. Proficiency in technical MEP systems, AutoCAD, and project management tools is essential for this role.

Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong Construction Manager – MEP to lead the execution and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality standards.
