The Property Accountant is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, schedules, and owner funding requests. Key duties include handling mortgage wires, bank reconciliations, and assisting with annual audits.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of progressive experience and a preferred bachelor's degree in accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi or Real Page is required.
