The Patient Access Lead ensures patients receive their medications by coordinating between prescribers, pharmacies, and PBMs. They are responsible for triaging clinical urgency and resolving operational bottlenecks in the medication delivery chain.
Candidates should be 0-2 years out of school with a relentless drive for follow-through and comfort handling high-pressure operational chaos. A clinical or pharmacy background is considered a bonus but is not required.
