The Personal Property Technician manages the safe loading, unloading, and inventory of contents while maintaining clean work areas. They are responsible for cleaning, documenting damages, and deconstructing or rebuilding furniture as needed at restoration sites.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate box trucks. Previous restoration experience is preferred, along with the physical capability to lift, pack, and carry items in challenging environments.
