The Field Service Engineer will independently deliver high-quality repair and service of Zip products at customer sites to ensure industry-leading fix rates. They are also responsible for promoting Zip products and HydroCare services while maintaining accurate administration procedures.
Candidates must possess a technical background in repairs and fault finding, along with a UK driving license and either a plumbing or electrical qualification. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
