The role involves training and quality-checking AI software used to validate compliance documents for healthcare providers. The administrator will also focus on improving checklists and tightening operational systems.
This is an entry-level role requiring a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment. Candidates must be clear communicators with a strong drive for professional growth and process optimization.

Now we’re on the hunt for a sharp, ambitious Compliance AI Administrator to join our growing Product Ops team. You’ll help train and quality-check our AI software as it validates compliance docs for leading Aussie healthcare providers.
This is a flexible, 3-4 days per week, entry-level role - and for the right person, it’s a launchpad. For top performers there’s ample opportunity to step into a permanent role and expand into product, support, training, marketing (and beyond).
