The Robotics Clinical Sales Manager promotes technology-centric product launches and drives the utilization of robotic systems at key customer accounts. They are responsible for educating surgical teams, providing on-site clinical support, and managing account-specific launch plans.
Candidates should have a bachelor's or associate degree and 5-7 years of clinical sales experience, or one year of orthopedic joint replacement experience. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and demonstration skills are required.

The Robotics Clinical Sales Manager will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts as well as drive utilization of robotic usage. As part of the program development team, the CLM will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

Expected Compensation Range: $115,000 - $140,000 base and $100,000 target bonus for on-target total earnings $215,000 - $240,000.
