Requires a graduate degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in payroll and compliance for India and international locations. Proficiency in payroll software like DarwinBox or Excelity and strong MS Excel skills are essential.

\nAbout the RoleResponsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reports.
Collating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One-Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for monthly payroll and FnF.
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representative.
Ensuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on time.
Updating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective dates.
Keeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amounts
