You will be responsible for reliable and transparent financial processes, including daily accounting, account reconciliation, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Additionally, you will support tax declarations, payroll, and process automation to ensure the company's financial health.
The ideal candidate has a completed accounting education, ideally with a certification as a balance sheet accountant, and at least 3 years of professional experience. You must possess strong IT skills, a structured working style, and proficiency in both German (C1) and English (B2).
Kontrolle der Buchungsprozesse, Abstimmung diverser Konten einschließlich Prüfung und Klärung von Kontobewegungen
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Abstimmung von Konten
Sicherstellung der korrekten Erfassung umsatzsteuerrelevanter Vorgänge und Vorbereitung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
Unterstützung bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung (Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Liquiditätsübersicht). Erstellung von monatlichen Finanzreports (BWA, Liquiditätsübersicht, OPOS,..) und Steuererklärungen (USt, ZM, etc.)
Zuarbeit für Lohnbuchhaltung, Steuerbüro und Banken
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools zur Aufgabenverwaltung (z. B. YouTrack, Jira oder Kanban-Boards) ist ein Plus
Präzise, strukturierte (effiziente) und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Deutsch auf C1-Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2 (für Tools & Kommunikation)
