This is a 100% on-site position based in our cozy office in Amstelveen.
About the role:
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our EMEA team in managing various HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in HR operations, providing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (BambooHR).
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related correspondence.
- Support the implementation and administration of performance review processes.
- Monitor completion of performance evaluations and follow-up actions.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data and changes are communicated timely.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Update and implement employee handbooks, policies, and HR procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Willingness to commute daily to our office in Amstelveen- this is a fully on-site role.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Dutch labor law and HR practices
- Relevant HR experience, with solid experience in HR operations and employee relations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration within matrix organizational environments.
- Be proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Dutch employment law is required.
