Senior Account Executive at ZeroNorth

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle. You’ll be a key driver of revenue, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact our global growth, helping us position our market-leading solutions and onboard new clients who share our vision for a greener maritime industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within large, strategic accounts by effectively prospecting and networking.

• Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, and manage account activities to ensure a smooth product rollout.

• Ensure accurate and evidence-based pipeline management and forecasting.

• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on wins and losses, sharing insights across teams.

• Provide professional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and sharing customer feedback for product development.

• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position ZeroNorth’s offerings.

Your profile:

You are a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the shipping industry and a strong affinity for technology with a proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises, skillfully navigating complex deals and negotiating with executive and C-level stakeholders.

Understanding the dynamics between shipowners, charterers, and technical managers is a key advantage. You are a pragmatic team player, a confident communicator, and a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and some travel is required for the role.
