Responsible for the production, assembly, and mailing of Business Kit products. This includes maintaining department records and managing outgoing mail via USPS and FedEx.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a packaging or assembly environment. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

ZenBusiness is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Service Coordinator - Biz Kits to support a rapidly growing Business Services team. The ideal candidate prides themselves on being organized, collaborative, and reliable. You look at a pile of papers, and can’t wait to organize and file them all. Nothing is as satisfying as putting together a beautifully executed package for customers. Teamwork makes the dream work, which is one of your core values. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, precise response times, and high-volume data and task organization.
We are looking for someone with full-time availability Monday through Friday during office hours, 8 am-5 pm CST. This in-office, hourly position will report to the VP, Customer Success.
