WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ZEEVA THERAPIST
- Providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Utilizing trauma-informed, whole-person, and eclectic evidence-based interventions
- Participating in weekly individual and group supervision
- Collaborating with fellow clinicians and supervisors
- Engaging in consultation and professional development
- Completing streamlined electronic clinical documentation
As a therapist, you focus on therapy and clinical care.
We handle all scheduling, billing, marketing, client onboarding, and operational support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC
- Working knowledge of DSM-5, clinical documentation, HIPAA, California law, and ethics
- Available full-time with capacity for 25 completed sessions weekly and a minimum of 30 calendar openings
- Available for at least 6 clinical hours weekly on evenings (after 4pm) and/or weekends
- Available to work in Sherman Oaks at least 2 days per week
- Commitment to excellence, accountability, and collaboration
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $42 per clinical hour, with bonus opportunity up to $50 per clinical hour
- $20 per administrative hour
- Pay for all hours worked, including supervision and required trainings
- Up to 2.5 weeks of accuring PTO plus 5 weeks unpaid time off
