The technician will set up and troubleshoot video teleconferencing systems and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk support. They are also responsible for maintaining AV hardware and documenting technical resolutions in a ticketing system.
Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in VTC platforms and professional IT helpdesk support. Knowledge of AV systems and networking is required, while CompTIA certifications are considered a plus.
