The Safety Facilitator works closely with line management to communicate safety guidelines and procedures while evaluating unusual situations. They are responsible for building strong relationships with the operations team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of safety experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry. A CCST certification is required, and the ability to work at heights and meet physical demands is essential.
