Drive the end-to-end investment process from sourcing and evaluation to closing and execution. Act as a primary partner to portfolio companies through board seats and develop actionable investment theses in the health tech sector.
Requires over 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, or investment banking with demonstrated deal experience. Candidates must have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in both English and German.
As a Principal, you will be working in an entrepreneurial setting, contributing across the entire investment lifecycle and playing a role in shaping the future of health tech in Europe. In this role, you will:
