The In-house Legal Counsel will oversee the preparation, execution, and negotiation of all commercial contracts while ensuring legal compliance. They will provide transactional support and day-to-day legal advice to management to align contracts with company goals and mitigate risks.
Candidates must have a law degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in contract law. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing agreements and managing the RFP process is required.

About the Role
As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate general commercial terms with our finance and business groups, ensure legal compliance, and set official contract strategies and have a broad range of responsibilities providing transactional support, day-to-day advice to management, and negotiation for our product sales, licensing and services. You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs.
