The Program Coordinator assists in the development and facilitation of high-quality youth programming and maintains relationships with schools, families, and stakeholders. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, including data management, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Candidates must have at least an Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred. Experience working with elementary or middle school youth in an educational or community-based setting is required.

Youth & Opportunity United (Y.O.U.) seeks a Program Coordinator to join a dynamic youth development organization. Reporting to an Afterschool Program Manager, the Program Coordinator assists and collaborates with the Program Manager in the management of the school site and supports the identified learning outcomes of the out-of-school-time standards.
