The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including recruiting, training, and developing the team. They must manage financial targets such as food and labor costs while ensuring high standards of food safety and guest service.
Candidates must have restaurant experience, with a preference for those who have served as Assistant Managers or Shift Leaders. A natural leadership ability and the capacity to balance people management with business analytics (P&L) are required.
