The Distribution Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and shipping products. They provide guidance and coaching to distribution associates while managing inventory levels and implementing process improvements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2-5 years of experience in distribution or logistics, preferably in a lead role. Required skills include proficiency in warehouse operations, data entry, and the ability to lead a team.

The Distribution Lead will work closely with the Distribution Manager to lead the day-to-day executions of warehouse operations and associates.
