The Account Manager will manage key customer accounts and drive profitable growth for thermal management products within the commercial vehicle and off-highway markets. They will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support customer programs from RFQ through production launch.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. Experience with OEM/Tier-1 customers and technical knowledge of thermal management systems is strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Commercial Vehicle to support and expand our business within the heavy-duty truck, off-highway, agricultural, construction equipment, and industrial markets.
This position will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth for Yinlun's thermal management product portfolio, including radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, cooling modules, and battery thermal management solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical understanding and commercial experience and will have direct experience working with OEM and Tier-1 customers.
