Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, including assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring medical changes. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and other disciplines to ensure therapeutic and rehabilitative services are delivered.
Candidates must hold a current valid Texas nursing license and a CPR certification. Experience in skilled nursing is required.
