The role involves performing quantity surveying functions including estimating, cost monitoring, and financial reporting for data centre and infrastructure projects. Key duties include managing tenders, contract negotiations, and maximizing value for clients through proactive cost management.
Candidates must have over 7 years of project experience and a relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in Cost X and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.

WT in Auckland continues to secure a number of high-profile data centre projects, and in line with this strategic growth of our project pipeline, we are looking for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team and work across a wide variety of build, construction and property projects.
Leading and supporting across multiple sectors, this role will perform various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients.

Qualifications
Proven experience in managing complex projects
7+ years project experience - strong
Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software/ Cost X
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
