At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for Primary and Secondary school students in Singapore. 

The English enrichment centre was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.

From just 12 students and 1 branch in Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 11 physical branches,1 online arm. Write Edge is now in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia.

About the role:
This role requires someone who can design (mainly on Canva), drive full funnel lead generation and grow our social media presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate is data-driven and a strategist, capable of analysing data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Take full ownership and run point on all digital performance marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: ad creation, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and continuous campaign improvement to maximise ROI.
• Allocate and track digital marketing budgets, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.

Social Media & Events Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention.
• Create, schedule, and post social content (graphics, captions, videos) aligned with campaigns and brand identity.
• Monitor trends, track engagement, and adjust content and posting strategies as needed.
• Handle customer interactions and feedback on social media to maintain a positive brand image.
• Plan and execute online and offline events including logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Data Analytics

• Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital KPIs.
• Generate actionable reports and insights to optimise campaigns and support decision-making.
• Execute data-driven A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance insights.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management regularly, demonstrating accountability for results and ROI.
• Be the main point of contact for all digital campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation strategies

Design & Creatives

• Create engaging marketing assets using Canva for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, and events.
• Design static and simple motion graphics that are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple platforms and formats (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, EDMs, websites, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop campaign creatives that support performance marketing objectives.
• Maintain and organise the marketing asset library, templates, and brand resources to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Stay up to date with design trends and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing creatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and managing social media accounts
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and social media platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and KPIs
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills to translate insight into action
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners

2. Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
3. Salary: 4000-5000 MYR Monthly
