Support children with autism and developmental challenges by implementing personalized ABA behavior plans. Collect precise behavioral data and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to promote child independence.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and reliable transportation. RBT certification or experience with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required as training is provided.
Required availability is Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm. No weekends unless desired, no late nights. 30 hours guaranteed each week once certified, regardless of any client cancellations.
