The Implementation Manager guides customers through the onboarding and deployment of Recruiting and HR solutions. They act as the primary point of contact to ensure successful product adoption and manage end-to-end project timelines.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in customer implementation, project management, or consulting. Experience with HR leaders, recruiters, and technical tasks like data migrations or integrations is required.

As an Implementation Manager based in Boston, MA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the onboarding and deployment of Workable’s Recruiting and HR solutions. You will own a portfolio of clients, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
