Candidates must have a minimum of five years of field experience in the HVACR trade. Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred, along with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.

As a Part-Time HVACR Instructor at WMCI, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of HVACR professionals. This hands-on, evening-based role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction to adult students enrolled in our new HVACR Program.
You'll bring the classroom to life by connecting real-world HVACR experience with practical application, helping students build both technical knowledge and confidence as they advance in the trade.
