Provide direct nursing care to veterans, including administering medications and treatments according to established plans. Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain accurate resident charts and ensure high-quality, compassionate service.
Must possess a valid Wisconsin nursing license (RN or LPN) and a valid CPR certification. Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are required.
