The role involves preparing detailed mechanical estimates, managing quantities, and overseeing pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. Additionally, the estimator will present bids to the Board of Directors and mentor junior team members.
Candidates need over 4 years of experience in a mechanical estimating or quantity surveying capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software like Buildsoft or CostX is required, with knowledge of FIDIC contracts being desirable.
