The Broker is responsible for assessing client needs to recommend real estate solutions and conducting market analyses to determine property values. They manage all legal documentation and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
Candidates must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school and be eligible to work full-time. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong sales or client service experience are required.
