Charles Gabus Ford is seeking a Delivery Coordinator who has excellent customer service skills, is technology-oriented, has strong verbal/written communications skills, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ford makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have an outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Providing regular lot maintenance 
• Show commitment to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles, accessories and technology
• Give customers in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty
• Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, Bluetooth, etc...
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer
• Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
• Issuing purchase orders for various vendors

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with customers (required)
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening
