The Welding Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and supervising manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production requirements. They analyze production challenges and implement countermeasures to improve departmental performance while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Candidates should have 4-5 years of progressive experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role and a preference for a welding Journeyman Certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in unionized manufacturing environments are strongly desired.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Welding Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, organizing and supervising the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. The Welding Supervisor analyzes production challenges and implements countermeasures to improve departmental performance while maintaining focus on safety, quality, production requirements, efficiencies and timeliness. This position also ensures employees within the department are provided with proper training and that the collective bargaining agreement and Company policies are consistently applied.
