The Maintenance Technician will perform general building repairs including painting, drywall, plumbing, heating, and electrical maintenance. They are also responsible for maintaining the building exterior and reporting any faulty operations or defective materials.
Candidates should have approximately two years of experience in property management or construction. The role requires physical capability for lifting and climbing, as well as strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician to assist with our multi-family residential building in Abbotsford, BC. This position will start at approximately 8–12 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours in the future.
