Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and basic ground maintenance for multi-family residential buildings. Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical issues while reporting material deficiencies.
Two years of experience in property management or construction is considered an asset. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and climbing and possess strong independent problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician to assist with our multi-family residential buildings in Duncan, BC. with a need for occasional travel to other buildings in Nanaimo, BC and Victoria, BC.
