Lead and motivate a team of up to 10 employees in the New Machines Team to complete high-volume tasks efficiently. Perform diagnostics, overhaul electrical systems, and replace electrical and air-conditioning components.
Requires an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate as an Auto Electrician and team leadership experience. Experience with CAT equipment or industrial machinery in mining, construction, or agriculture is highly desired.

Department Overview: The New Mining Machines Department at WesTrac specializes in providing cutting-edge machinery solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mining industry. Roster: Monday to Friday. 10.5 hours (including a meal break)
