The role acts as the central coordination hub between Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to drive project governance and data transparency. Responsibilities include monitoring performance against budgets and schedules, optimizing engineering tools, and leading a local PMO in China.
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management with several years of senior-level PMO experience in an engineering environment. Proficiency in Power BI, MS Project, and Teamcenter, along with fluency in English and German, is required.
The ANNAX Group has been part of Wabtec Corporation since 2018 and operates across three locations in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and China with over 360 employees. ANNAX provides comprehensive technical solutions to generate, transmit, and display information. Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more.
As Senior PMO Manager /Engineering you act as the central coordination function between Engineering, Project Management and Finance . You drive project governance, tool management, process optimization, and data transparency across an international engineering organization of approximately 200 employees.
