Act as the first point of contact to create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, responding to emergencies, and managing daily operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills with a preference for previous experience in security or concierge roles. Physical ability to patrol for extended periods and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 are required.

As a Security Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact and a key presence in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, visitors, and contractors. This dynamic role blends customer service with security, requiring you to proactively patrol the premises, respond to incidents and emergencies, and provide helpful support to everyone who walks through the door. You’ll be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to tenants, de-escalating tense situations, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Hourly Rate: $18.00/per hour.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 4pm to 12 am
