Develop and execute strategic plans to mature lean culture and eliminate waste within the business unit. Lead the implementation of the West Business System, including Lean Daily Management systems and continuous improvement events.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Statistics and over 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years as an Operational Excellence manager. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Champion certification is preferred.

This role will require you to develop strategic plans for maturing the lean culture and efficiency within West. You will be seen as a catalyst for change and a driver of engagement for improvements. You’ll provide leadership on lean thinking and lean processes to ensure established goals and objectives are met. You will co-ordinate site lean savings, goals and objectives. A strong desire to engage teams across all levels and for implementing improvements assures that you are a good fit for the role.
