The Sawmill Supervisor provides leadership and training to hourly personnel while managing process flow and resources. They are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in quality control and team leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of sawmill financial metrics are required.
