The Product Manager serves as the product owner and primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to ensure technology tools meet business needs. Key duties include managing third-party vendor relationships, driving the product roadmap, and overseeing reporting capabilities for value-based care metrics.
Candidates require a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in product management or healthcare technology. Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM, AWS, and healthcare data standards like FHIR is highly desired.

The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Management and Innovation. This role serves as the product owner and is the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, end users, third-party vendors, and development teams. The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the technology tools effectively meet operational and business needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management to drive impactful solutions across the organization.
