Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition goals for children and young adults with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect data on client progress and collaborate with team members and parents to achieve long-term results.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work with children with special needs. RBT certification is preferred, but those without it must complete the company's training program.

We successfully opened our Belle Meade center in 2023 and are opened a center in Antioch in September 2024. Wellspring Learning Centers is actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities at our clinics. We understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, which is why we offer strive to provide consistent hours and pay for Registered Behavior Technicians. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating. RBTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results.
