Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults through clinic, home, and virtual visits. Lead a multi-disciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions while coordinating complex care plans.
Requires a Medical Doctorate or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Practice and a valid California medical license. At least two years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for geriatric or home-based care.

Established outpatient cardiology presence anchored in Bell
Opportunity to care for adults and older adults across Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties
Collaborative outpatient clinical environment with primary care and care team support

Base salary range: $260,000 to $319,500 per year
