Responsibilities

The Account Manager will guide top-performing sellers through onboarding and optimize their performance to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include upgrading trial users to paid packages and identifying cross-selling opportunities while tracking interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

Candidates must be fully proficient in Italian and English with strong communication and client engagement skills. Experience in sales and e-commerce is considered an advantage.

What will you do?
As an Account Manager, you will be the key driver behind the success of our top-performing sellers! You will be the key to their success, guiding them through onboarding, enhancing their performance, and ensuring they fully capitalize on every opportunity. By managing our elite sellers, you'll drive their growth, boost their profitability, and elevate their overall satisfaction with our solutions.



Your key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and supporting our highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their entire journey.
  • Managing and optimizing the performance of top-tier sellers, helping them unlock their full sales potential.
  • Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages by showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Enhancing customer profitability and satisfaction by identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Accurately tracking interactions and actions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting documents as directed by team leaders.
  • Providing occasional support at events where the company is present, representing the company with expertise and professionalism.
  • Contributing to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.

If you:

  • Understand that successful selling requires regular client communication through various channels.
  • Excel in effective communication and client engagement.
  • Are fully proficient in Italian and English (any other language is nice to have)
  • Are skilled in negotiation or eager to develop this skill.
  • Have experience in Sales (nice to have)
  • Bring e-commerce experience (advantageous).
