The Surveying Executive provides administrative and surveying support to the portfolio team, including managing occupier applications and service charge reporting. They are responsible for maintaining property management systems, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google packages, along with the ability to read leases and manage documentation, is required.
