Drive group ticket revenue through proactive outreach to youth sports, schools, and corporate accounts. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring a high-quality client experience on match days.
Requires 0-2 years of sales experience with a goal-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days is mandatory.

This is an entry-to-mid-level sales role focused on building and growing group ticket revenue through proactive outreach, relationship development, and excellent client service. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is eager to develop their sales career in professional sports and is passionate about growing Bay FC’s fanbase across the Bay Area.

Compensation:
The anticipated compensation for this role starts at $22/hour, plus commissions.
