The technician provides on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers. Responsibilities include diagnosing leaks, replacing defective parts, and documenting all service activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers (PHE) and related equipment. This role requires excellent technical skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plates and gaskets for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers (PHE)and related equipment.

Work Status: Full Time – Work hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
