What You'll Do
  • Lead all day-to-day Human Resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, personnel records, and HRIS management.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to develop employee engagement, retention, training, and performance initiatives.
  • Administer leave programs, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employment-related programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
